Patient Information
To have your medical condition managed by Dr Walker, you must be referred by a General Practitioner or a referring Specialist. You can request your GP or Specialist to provide a referral for you to attend Dr Walker’s practice. You should bring your referral letter with you to your first appointment. All our treatment plans are individually prescribed depending on the stage and the type of condition you have, the severity of your symptoms, your age and overall general health. Contact Dr. Walker at any time if you experience
- Bleeding heavier than a period.
- Severe abdominal or back/flank pain, severe nausea or vomiting, or shaking chills.
- Fever over 38°C.
- Burning on urination or inability to urinate.
- Foul-smelling discharge that persists for more than 3 days
